Although I clearly communicated my requirements and provided specific instructions in advance, I was still placed in a difficult situation involving safety and security concerns. Unfortunately, the local realtor agent failed to properly fulfill his responsibilities, which directly contributed to this unfortunate and avoidable situation.

I had a great experience with Gary, he went beyond what i was expecting. I had several options to see and he was open to my suggestions. He was really nice and also, helped me with questions and things that might be relevant for me to consider when choosing a place.

Local Rental Expert was terrible. He did almost nothing at all. His response was too late, so I had to push many times. That was so annoying. In addition, I had to be involved with local rental expert due to my company's policy and his response was too late, I lost some oppotunitis to apply some potencial properties. I am absolutely sure that I could find good properties more smoothly if I don't have to be involved with him.
