This was an extremely frustrating process. I did not find that having an agent made the process more efficient. We began looking and touring units on our own because we found it easier. I expressed multiple times that I needed to do virtual tours, and every time, I felt consistent pushback to come in person, despite having made my desires known, given my schedule. I am grateful to have found a unit, but if I had to choose, I would likely not do this service again.

Great experience with porch light on the relocation process looking for a home. We appreciate very much the support from Evelyn Edelstein through all the process, calls, back and forth emails, list of purchase options,list of rental options, appointments with the tenants , tour to all the properties, calls to landlords to make the result happen.

Camille was exceptional as my rental expert. She planned the touring very effectively and going in between locations was efficient. Shew was very well prepared with her own sheet to ask the critical questions to make references for me. She provided me great insight on the many areas in the DFW area. I'd recommend her with the highest regards to any new renter or home-seeker.
