Kanisha was very little help in locating a home to rent. I understand the market is not comparable to where I lived previously but her role was to locate homes that fit my requests/needs and she did not do that. Additionally, she squashed my need of having grass in the yard, mentioned on multiple occasions that west Texas is the desert and water is drying up so homes don't have grass. I found plenty of homes that were new construction and had grass in the yard on my own. The extent of her assistance was to set me up with an automated email for four weeks prior to me relocating and then open the door of the homes I found so I could see the inside of them and ultimately make a decision.
