the contact fran was helpful in getting me in contact with someone local, however, that local person was horrible and no help at all. they attempted to assist at the end but by then, i had done all the work myself and did not need the assistance

I was first assigned, Randy as my rental expert and the experience, or lack there of, left a terrible taste in my mouth. But after reaching out to my porchlight representative and being assigned a new expert with only two days left in my trip, my entire experience turned around. Christa and her team at porchlight helped to connect me with Paula Warren, and she by far is absolutely amazing at what she does. Because of Christa and Paula, my family not only found the perfect home but peace of mind that this decision to move was the right one.

My agent Ted provided a world class experience for the like's of someone who had little knowledge of the area. Provided timely service in identifying locations, providing remote tours, and advising honestly on suitability of properties for a family. In the end he helped close/rent a space that was perfect for our needs and executed the lease expertly in it's timing and execution.
